Shipping policy

All deliveries are handled by shipping couriers. Therefore all times given below are estimated delivery times.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to enter their correct address, due to the nature of our automated dispatch system it is not practical for us to check every individual orders address. Returned orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses would be charged for courier again if you wish for them to be reposted. Refunds would be excluding the courier charges.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • UAE Domestic Deliveries: We aim to deliver within 2-5 business days across the UAE. Please note that delivery timelines may vary based on your location and during peak seasons.
  • International Deliveries: For international shipments, delivery times can vary between 7-14 business days, depending on the destination country.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping costs vary based on the destination and the weight of the package. The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

We use reputable courier services and postal providers for both domestic and international shipments. Tracking information will be provided for all orders when available. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.

Customs and Duties for International Orders:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charge. The buyer is liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by the country the order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of or after delivery. We are not liable for these charges. If you are unsure of the charges, please check your country’s customs office to determine whether these additional costs will be prior to buying.
